I've the UA46ES6200M tv for over 5 months now and the Firmware is 1017
now few days ago I noticed that it has some connection problems with the ALLSHARE so i tried to use the WIFI but the option is greyedout with no reason. even when i disconnect the cable.

i am trying to understand what might be the problem. when i run a cable "network check" it drops me out of the check without even showing a result. it would show a V V result after 2-3 times.

tried to upgrade the firmware from our manufacturer site - Version 1036 but the TV says it doesnt recognize it on the USB.

what can i do? our support people are not working until sunday.

just unzip the firmwere and format the stick ( fat ) not ntfs or fat32 and verify that you have one file name mst10p-deuc 1036. when you enrte file you find fimewere directory ( usb/file mst10p-deuc /firmewere = and put it again upgrade the tv find it qnd ask you if you do it put ok after finish the tv power off adn power on aotomaticy thats all
