Downgrade firmware failed !!

Dear All,
Latest Sunday-afternoon (June 30st) I tried to downgrade the firmware of my HT-D5500 system (Firmware B-FIRHTBEUC 1017.1).
I changed the DNS IP-address from my player to: 149.154.159.134, after this I "pinged" to this address in windows and it worked (received answers with no lost).
Then after shutting down and turning on my player again, I selected the option "update software" by internet, which showed a window with the next message:
CONNECTION FAILED.
ERROR: CODE 800 RESOURCE ERROR.
TURN OFF AND ON THEN TRY AGAIN.
Can you please tell me what might went wrong ?!!
