I ended up at these forums looking for a solution to this same problem. I've found a number of people with the same problem, but no solutions. I've come up with a few tricks that seem to help on a video-by-video basis and posted them in the forums; they may help some. Because I'm a new user I can't post any links, but the the post is in the C Series forum and is titled H.264 Audio/Video Sync Issues.
