Hi Everyone,

Yes I was stupid I messed with settings I shouldn't have, lesson learned.

I'm looking for the type and the Tuner settings as the tuner says not available and the menu is blanked out and it won't scan for channels.

Appreciate the help.

On my UE40C6500 it says:
Type: 40D6AF0C
Tuner: SEC_TC

make sure hotel / shopMode is off and you have the right dvb type set in normal tuner menu (DVB-T / C / S)

Thanks for that, I'll try it now.

Nope didn't work.

Just says not available for the tuner menu.
