LN32C350D1D White Background Troubles

Hello everyone! I just recently picked up this TV from a friend to try and fix, and I am hoping someone here may be able to point me in the right direction. The TV works fine, except the display is far too white! I have tried adjusting the brightness, contrast, and the backlight to no avail. As a last ditch effort, I upgraded the firmware to the latest one and still all whited out. I would love to get this going for my kids to use and get rid of my last SDTV in the house! Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am attaching a photo to show you all what I am seeing. The green lines are from my camera and do not appear on the TV itself. Thanks again!

I have tried running the self tests as well as calibrating it, but the whited out screen remains. If it comes to opening it and looking for bad components, I am game. I just need to know what I am looking for. Any other ideas? Thanks!

No I have not accessed the service menu, nor have I done a factory reset. I am running Firmware Jun 21, 2011 ver.1008.5, which is the last one released. How do I access the service menu and do a full factory reset to this TV? Thanks!

Sorry but i don't know the T-SAT4AUSHC firmware version.
to do a factory reset try to press exit until tv ask you if you want to restore all default settigs then ok and tv will reboot with default settings.
