Help Please for enabling PVR function on UN65F7100

I have a UN65F7100 TV, bought in United States and would like to enable PVR function. I have seen guides on how to do this on other earlier models and would like to know if anyone has found a way to do this on a U.S. bought F series TV. Thanks for any help or step by step guide.
