Does your TV CI or CI+? If It is CI+ than you cannot flash your firmware due RSA Signature check.
If it's CI, than some thing goes wrong.
There is multiple users could update their TV's with this tool.
You have better to debug process via ExLink serial connection.
You could also root your TV with it and check if exeDPS is changed or not (via copying USB Flash...)
