Disable Smart Hub ( prison mode )

Hi Guys,
My friend is in jail and has a B750 TV ( model: LTNOB750, device name: LT24B750 ). But models with smart hub functions ( can use internet ) are disabled.
Do you know any tips, tricks, hacks to disable temporarily the smart hub functions? This disabling needed only for a inspection, later want my friend turn it on back.
