Show picture of choice after boot

hello guys,
My boss bought a new samsung smart tv and asked me to configure it so that it shows a picture of our choice after starting up...
is it possible to accomplish this without samygo? for example, using an app to show a picture and then configuring it to start automatically on boot... or something like that
