So the 2013 F Series TV (UN50F6400AF) came only with the Smart Touch Remote and I don't think the button sequence to get to the Service Menu (if there is one for this remote) is published. I don't have my older E series TV/IR remote anymore, So I thought I'd try with a S4 phone which has IR (also should work on Samsung tablets with IR blaster such as Note). After trying out some remote apps from the Play store, I found fishjord's files (https://github.com/fishjord/IRDARemote) and added number pad 0,1, 8, 2 and the Factory and 3Speed codes to the remotes.xml file. Power, Mute, Info and other buttons already available in the original remotes file. Example:

Made APK using Eclipse/ADT. You can build your own with fishjord's code and the add hex pronto codes for the extra buttons.
I'm not an android developer, but found importing fishjord's files and making some additions was easy.
Just wanted to share what I found to be possible, I appreciate all the things SamyGo and the users here give. Thank you!!

Hello - 3Speed is the last button listed. Sometimes it doesn't display correctly. You can try to turn your device in landscape orientation to see all of buttons.
See the attached screenshot.
I will work on a fix since there is some interest.

I removed some buttons and changed to only 4 per row, so hopefully it will display better. My knowledge of Android development is now just slightly more than zero
