CI+ Module in CI TV

Newbie so please excuse if my question seems dumb: I have a B series Samsung TV (LE52B750U1WXXH model) which I presume has a CI slot. I have received from my CTV provider (DigiTv) a CI+ module (Nagra) plus the corresponding card. It does not descramble the coded channels. My neophyte opinion is that is probably because the CAM is CI+ and the slot in my TV is CI.
Is there any way, either by changing the firmware or other method to make the CI+ module in my TV work?

I have an lower model b530 but I heard that ifyou change the country (finland, sweden, france) on some models works. Mine did not worked.
