opening samygo widget/app

Hi I am new to this forum and indeed the whole sammygo saga! Using the D wiki, I have downloaded the sammygo widget/app to my UE46D8000, runnig software version 001027. The app/widget now sits proudly on my smart hub. However, it has a red band across with the white letters "user" on it. When I try to open the app/widget, by highlighting it and pressing the central select button on my remote, I get a "connect" message, rapidly followed by a blank screen, then it just reverts to the smart hub with the app/widget still sitting there, unopened. Am I doing something wrong?
