LE40B630 Remote Lan Problem..

Hi, i?m from Germany so my Englisch is not soooo good :/
I Have a Samsung LE40B630 TV with a CI+ Slot... and i want to install remote lan controle to controle the tv with my android handy..
But i cant install Remote Lan... i have no ?Content Library? ?!? to install this mod...
Can anyone help me?!?
