BD-D6500-ZA Firmware Downgrade

Any downgrade firmware available.
Model has BSP-D6500ZA-1031.1(2013/02/14_001031) installed
I have tried the DNS provided after several cold boots/ reboots resets and each time states No software to upgrade currently.
Please assist and thanks
