PIP on un32f4300af

i see on the samsung page that the model UN32F4300AG have Picture and Picture mode
i just bought the un32f4300af but it doesnt have PIP, i tried using the extended menu with the APP for android with my phone (the app previously worked on another TV) but i couldnt get the extended menu (3speed-info 3speed-factory) ?anybody know how can i active the PIP? (wich option to activate or if is blocked on extended menu how to unblock it) because i suspect that its just blocked on the menu.
