Change source to TV and try again.

Factory reset ?

Turn OFF tv ..

Then .. INFO + MENU + MUTE + POWER ON (one at the time) (This works on F-series, yours may vary .. research it)

Once TV comes on, it should display the service-menu ...

Find the "Factory Reset" option, and click it .. maybe a new submenu opens where you again select "factory reset".

TV should turn off now automatically ... Wait a moment, and turn it on again.

Now try your grayed items again ...

This problem came first after factory resetting tv from service menu..

My tv was norwegian language...
After resetting in service menu when i turn on tv the first time setup configuration didnt appear and when i get into the tv menu language was changed to sweden, channel menu grayed out reset menu grayed out settings grayed out... and even i tryed to rest from service menu i this problem existing.

Maybe it is chnged to demo mode? But i cant get in to this menu also because this also in setup -->> configurations.

So i need seriosly help ....

OK, lets assume its still related to your setup being corrupted, and not a firmware-errror ..
You might want to do some research on this forum for an EEPROM reset procedure.
With a bit of luck juuso will see your thread, and give you a few pointers ..

maybe You change some setting in Service Menu like Hospitality Mode or TUNER?

Which of all that is in the service menu has something to do with the TV MENU -> SETTINGS -> SETUP.

Now I'm starting to really wonder if that's where I messed up so bad in. My frend have same tv may i shoukd write down exactly same input from hems service menu and get nac to my tvs service menu to input same here
