Smart Hub doesn't work

Hi,
i got a problem with my samsung ue40d6500. When i enter the smart hub menu i cant see any apps from the internet and i can not login into my account as no internet connection is available. So, I checked the internet connection within the main menu where you can define your connection and their it states out that the tv is connected to my wifi network which is running.
Anyone got a clue how to overcome this problem?
