Enable PVR on UE28F4000AW

Hello guys,
it is possible to enable PVR on the UE28F4000AW TV model?
If I understand correctly I must change the locale setting to enable this function, is it correct?

As far as I know you don't have to change the locale settings. I get NFS to work but I didn't get any further. I just found out that for the F-series you can use the PVRAnyDev.init but I don't know how to configure it.

I've been searching around for a little while and I think the only Method ( since we don't have a LAN/WIfi port) is to try to get into the advance service menu with either a samsung factory remote or a programmable remote. You need to program one of the buttons as a 3speed button and another one as a factory button.

If we would have some sort of internet connection, we could use the ruCommunicator.
