Resizing/cropping with DTV channels

Hello,
I know there is the HDMI 3 on my B650 to play any sources without cropping (dot by bot).
But it will be interesting to change the resize for the digital channels (for example, HD channels in Belgium haven't black borders around the picture).
When I record a TV show and I play it with the embedded player on the B650, the picture is better without resizing/cropping ...
