Wifi dongle not working with PS51E550

Hi,
My TV model is PS51E550. Recently it upgraded to "T-MST10PDAAC-1014.3" firmware. Ever since that happened, wireless stopped working. It is not showing any wireless networks. Looks like the built-in wireless adaptor dead. The samsung technician who visited my house confirmed it. So, I explored for the USB wifi dongle option and bought wis12abgnx which is compatable with my TV model as per the specs. But for some reason, my TV is not detecting this USB wifi dongle. I tried this dongle with my Blue-ray player and laptop and working without any issues.
Can anyone help me to fix the USB wifi dongle connectivity issue for the TV?
