Samsung UE40F6670 boot loop

After changing region in my Samsung Tv with 1109 firmware tv went into boot loop. Sometimes it boot to tv and I can go to menu and tv freezes. More other it just keeps rebooting. Anything I can do myself to fix it? Assume it is a damaged firmware. Any ideas?

It is working. Admin to add to eeprom wiki for f5500 to f6800 tvs.
