I have a 51" plasma E-series, the full model number is PN51E450A1FXZA. I want to try to console in via the EX-LINK port but I can't find anything in the service menu that says RS232 or anything similar to that to enable it. There is an advanced option in the service menu but it won't let me select it by normal means. If I highlight that advanced menu and then press 0 0 0 0 on the remote it just gets rid of the menu and shows the video feed (component source or my cable box in this case). At the top of the screen it says advanced and 720 but there's no other option but to turn off the TV at that point. Anyone know how to get into that advanced menu? Or is the RS232 option located somewhere else?

If I try to console in now, I get nothing at all in the terminal window. I used the following for my cable and console settings...
