UE40D7000L Boot loop

Hi @ all,
i have a big Problem,
i tried to install samygo and mi Firmware are 1021, so i make a downgrade with this the dns hacking UE:149.154.159.134
after i Change the Dns Settings my tv find the 1090 Firmware, i download this Firmware.
After a reboot go unter alternative Firmware and load the 1090 Firmware....
Now my tv continue to rebbot ....
Anybody can help me?
The TV start on the Display see the Smart Tv logo, after this i see no Signal and then the Tv reboot....
Help me please

Seems like firmware flashing failure. If your TV is under warranty (i hope), call service. Or search for spare mainboard. Here is no chance to repair it at home. Apologize.

thx for reply, the strange is i can click 15 sec in the menu then the tv will reboot.
The waranty is expired

No i see smart tv logo, then i see the Screen to make a Sender search.
i klik no , i can go intro the menu, i try to press 12 sec Exit but wenn i recive the message to reset to factory Default the tv will freece...

The Problem is to reset to factory Default i Need to press 15 sec. the Exit button,
but my tv after 15 sec. freece and reboot.
In the first 15 sec. i can press anything menu, Settings etc.

I wish you had ExLink cable and rs232 debug enabled. Then we could know what exact is happening.

in all cases the firmware installation procedure failed. I can`t imagine any scenario where we could repair TV in software way. If you have ~15-30 sec, this probably means TV is forced to reboot by authuld due wrong hash calculations. But it is just my guess. To be sure, log from debug is needed. I`m not talking about repair yet. If here is no root access, repair is impossible. eeprom reset does nothing. But sure, you can try to be sure you did what you could.

tomorow i bring the tv to the Support Center... Waranty is 2 year or?
