Enable PVR on Samsung F5070?

Hello,
I have bought the Samsung UEF5070. This TV has no PVR function. My old tv also had no PVR function but it was possible to enable this function. Does this work with the F5070 as well? How can I enable the PVR function on Samsung F5070? Is it possible to enable more features like HBB? Which features could be enabled?
