I wondered for a while. It not reacted to any red or green buttons, or on mouse cursor moving and clicking... And I restart TV few times and it disappeared. I don't know will gone forever but hope so

Few days on top of the screen was message that today on 07/22/14 for a few hours will not be access to samsung support sites. And after that this .. miracle apears on the screen. Obviously Samsung works on my tv and no matter agree I or not.

ok, seems we have some progress...
1. Seems no msg at all if I unplug the network cable while the TV boots, and no msg if I plug it back after the TVs boot. So, it is connected to some booting connection. Seems we have to block certain IP.
2. I can manage to remove the msg if I switch the menu language. If you switched the lang, it disappear in 5 seconds.
Seems this problem is in Bulgarian region for now. Waiting for other replies.
Also tried to change the region from the service menu and smarthub, but did not work. All these sounds that it detects unlocated for the Samsung servers IPs. Have to check if works if I use different DNS/PPTP.

I have official answer from the Samsung support:
Code: Select all
???? :
????????? ??? ? ?????? ???????????, ?? ????? ?? ??????????.
????? :
? ??????? ?? ?????? ?? ??????????? ?????? ?? ??????? ? ?????? ???? ??????? ?? ??????? ??????????? ?????????
????? :
?????????? ??????????, ????? ??? ???????? ?, ?? ???? ? ???????? ?? ?? ???????? ??????????? ?? ????????????.
in other words, they know about it. It is problem with the server. The information that they have is that this will be fixed by the end of the day (probably).
