Hi there !

I recently purchased the very last promoted TV UE55F6320 set from my shop.
DVB Reception was workign ok then.
But Because of the Apps not working ,i had to access Service Menu to make a Full Factory reset; all apps returned to normal; but i didn't then checked my DVB reception after this trick
After two weeks (holidays...), i figured out that my TV doesn't find any DVB TV Channel anymore; and i am wondering if i didn't make any mistake while browsing the Service Menu.

Questions :
-Is there any option within the Service Menu allowing the TV Set to check Antenna Wire conductivity ?
-as last resort, would there be any kind people here who could send the Service Menu default value for this UE55F6320.

If after the factory reset the tv boots and works without problem i suggest to check the antenna first. is possible that when you were on holidays the antenna on the roof can be moved and now it doesn't work.
If the antenna is ok, are you sure that the hospitality mode is set to off?
The tuner settings are related with the localset and version of tv what is the full model number of your tv? (you can find in the sticks on the rear of tv)
If you change the tuner type you can simply try to check every settings possible and find the one that works.
there is a specific option to reset the smarthub and is in normal menu you don't have to mess with service menu for restoring smarthub and apps.
