Interesting to read. Can you upload the complete log somewhere? Maybe as zipped attachment?

It looks like you have broken I2C bus and MiCom.
A good log looks like this:
Code: Select all
~~[SSPF] [FastBoot.cpp] ResetBoard, Called...
############## Find Factory.dat File in mtd_exe ##################
And you get a lot of error messages within those two lines:
Code: Select all
~~[SSPF] [FastBoot.cpp] ResetBoard, Called...
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] t_GetAck():886 Micom GET ACK Error!! count : 4, Ack 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] SendMessage():302 Ack Error...Msg 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] t_GetAck():886 Micom GET ACK Error!! count : 4, Ack 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] SendMessage():302 Ack Error...Msg 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] t_GetAck():886 Micom GET ACK Error!! count : 4, Ack 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] SendMessage():302 Ack Error...Msg 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] t_GetAck():886 Micom GET ACK Error!! count : 4, Ack 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] SendMessage():302 Ack Error...Msg 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] t_GetAck():886 Micom GET ACK Error!! count : 4, Ack 0x29
>>[ERR:TDcChelseaMicomInterface.cpp] SendMessage():302 Ack Error...Msg 0x29
~~[Sub System Error] FastBoot.cpp:Initialize():239 - TD ERROR [0x80000001] !!!
############## Find Factory.dat File in mtd_exe ##################
The partition itself is not modified (-> "authuld is completed as success").
Maybe something in NVRAM got corrupted during your modifications. But I don't have an idea how to fix this.

In my point of view, you can revive any dead machine after death and bring to life ( if they have only software problems )

But I don't experience JTAG port of my TV also... Got a GPS device that runs on ARM core too. I wish try to start experiencing with it.
Since your TV is CI, it's cannot use external firmware loading too.
Could you enter the
debug menu (not service menu)? You could enable shell from it. Also you can change some of NVRAM settings too.

no i got no debug or service menu at the putty console.
Thanks dear erdem_ua
Do you tried to enter 11982828 numbers from console twice? That needed to enable debug menu. Weird.
It needed to be work on your firmware...

Since your problem is only software problem, they don't needed to change whole board. But I guess they will change it for charge more money.( Services usually keeps this pattern here. ) Also they don't have enough knowledge to fix it. Sad about your TV and situation, I wanted to know correct way to fix it... I am looking for more info about what service says to you. If they replace the board, request to have older one. Services don't give the boards to consumers usually here... You can use it as ARM development board and you could play with it. Might be you could find a way to revive that board later...
