Does anyone already have the latest Firmware? When yes, what changed?

Samsung don't write changelogs.

Should I upgrade or is de risk so high that i can't root if its available?

There's no changelog because there's never any change justifying upgrade.
About future rooting possibility, you (and everybody) have already been warned not to upgrade. Then it's your choice to do it or not, no one will stop you.
