Change/add a search provider to web browser

Hi all,
i've searched here and on the web,
but i can't find how to change the web bowser search provider (now is Bing) 8-)
to another (google, duckduck ...)
In the menu there are only 2 choices but i can't add new ones.
Just an edit to some file or is it a bigger deal ?

I get very different results searching with bing, that's why i'm asking that ...
I'm on MST 1119.

Thanks.

Please, don't teasing me ... 8-)
it takes a lot time to me to write here using only my remote control and my samytv ... :D :D :D

I don't use it for search or browse web pages ... it's for live tv streaming ...
Using search gives me the ability to point directly to the link
without digit the whole http address (that in most cases is loooooong).
Bing sucks and gives me other results than i've found on my pc (yes, i've got one :D)

That's it ...
I'll try to find a workaround .. (cut and paste from smart view app used as remote).

Thank you for the great site and informations you share ...

Maybe that could interest you: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5794
You can remotely paste text to TV with that tool (using -T switch).

:) this probably will solve my problem.
i've (wrongly) focused on search engine and web browser,
next time i'll be more clear when "explain the facts".

Thanks zoelechat

just for completiton -> the search url comes from samsung server (see somewhere deep in http://sourceforge.net/p/samygo/code/HE ... lease_1.0/)

I was also interested in changing the default search provider; if it's impossible no sense to bother with it.

Just for knowledge,
the last update added to web browser G**gle and Yah** in the search providers' list. :D :D :D

I'm still using the zoelechat's solution and the Smart View app for Android.

Happy ending.
