QUESTIONS:

The model code indicates this TV is "C" series.
It has an Ex-Link port, but the SamyGo wiki says that "C" series has NO Ex-Link port:

"For C,D Series. There is no ExLink any more."
http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php5/This_i ... ve_to_read

1. Which series is this TV ???

2. What is the CPU architecture? (ARM, MIPS, etc)

3. Can I use SamyGo firmware on this TV? If yes, which one for North America / ATSC ?

4. Can I fix the overscan annoyance ?

5. This TV does not have an internet connection:

a) Can I connect an ethernet dongle to the USB "service" port ?
b) Can I install a stream player app/widget for IPTV services ?

The C-Series TVs have the model code like xx##C###(#)xxxx, yours doesn't have the numbers for the Model-Class and tuner type, so i'd rather say its something pre A-Series.

If there is a jack labeled ex-link then your TV has an ex-link port ;) (at C/D-Series TVs the ex-link port is integrated into the vga-connector and at TTL-Level (not RS232))

So you yould build an ex-link cable as described and connect it to get at least a bootlog, this will hopefully contain more information about your device.

Q 3. 4. 5. : 8% chance of success for this :)
