TV bought today for elder folks, I took the job setting it up.

Can't find OTN Enabled option. There's some others though, didn't want to mess more myself.

The stupid TV also resets the picture options to some awful defaults each time I exit service menu, just ridicolous.

Sorry I only looked into one of the other for the option, maybe this is an updated firmware.

I will look tomorrow for the path of the high-ends, just to be sure.

You are using HMST with latest firmware. Here from what I know they blocked access to OTN Support in "normal" service menu. You have to access "extended" service menu (link below)

It looks you looked in wrong place. On H MST I checked today there were TWO places with "OTN stuff" and only in one of them there was OTN Support!!!!

So what now, I don't have to go to extended menu?

From what I was able to check you DON'T need EXTENDED service menu. Just look in a different place in normal menu. It's there

Okay, it was in MRT Option.
