How did you copy game to game directory? with yellow button on RC?
I think loader could`t find module.so or it has wrong permissions. Try to give permission rights to loader.so, mod.so and all other files in PVR directory.
eg:
I don`t have b8000 TV, but it seems to be wrong path to extension. /mtd_tlib/swf/GGame... In b650 serie it is /mtd_tlib/GGame/.
