C series can NOT use SamyGO patched firmwares or any hack at least yet.

I think you can compare them via specs. There is no vs here. But I guess In C series has PVR, 3D and some other enhancements... Nothing more.

In the UK, C650 has a DVB-T2 tuner (for new HD standard).
