Firmware-Downgrade DNS Server error

Hello,
Downgrade my UE55D6500 ( 1027 ) doesn't work with DNS 149 154 159 134; I always get Error Code 601. Server down ???

With 178.62.149.40 I get Error Code 603 "" Failure to connect. Invalid Parameter. The latest Software is not yet available.""
Currently the latest Software Version is installed " T-GASDEUC-1027.0 "
Is it possible to Downgrade the latest Version?

I need to downgrade because my ci+ is notworking very well with this version it lose signal "scrambled signal"
please help me with the downgrade
My tv is samsung ue 37 d6500

Possible new host is not yet working well. We need some time to make things clear...

Same problem, Smart TV UE40D6500 fw 1027. I've already tried all the DNS I found , but no one works.
Is the server still down or there is another DNS?

The new DNS server does not work well ... the TV cannot connect! I had already done the downgrade two years ago, then the fw1027 worsened interactivity. I must necessarily repeat downgrade !!! Help me

me too, no connection. Any idea?
Is it possible to bluff the firmtware update? I mean: if I mask an old firmware as it is a newer? My firmware is a 1.27, if I try to downgrade (via usb) with the 1.13 I got a "nothin found" answer. But if I change the firmware id from 1.13 with 1.28 would this work?
