OTN support is visible but I can not change anything

maybe someone has an idea...

Currently it is UNKNOWN. Please set OTA Support to OFF and Auto Updates in normal menu to OFF ASAP and report back if you are still receiving UNWANTED updates?

Okay now please monitor whether there are ANY software updates for your TV auto updates?

Where can I see if i still receiving unwanted updates?

check your current firmware version in main menu and look if it changes

The current firmware version ( T-GFSDEUC-1240.2) is still the same as two weeks ago.

Two weeks ago, I bought the TV.

I have the same Problem, my is (T-GFSDEUC_1240.2) and can not OTN Support on Service Menue disebeld.

I have changed Auto Updates in normal menu set to OFF, and receive unwanted updates to T-GFSDEUC_1250.3 on my TV, and can not prevent.
on Samsung Website is last T-GFSDEUC_1240.2 very strange.

Yes, it's really strange, I did the same with auto update in normal menu (In service menu also not possible to set OTN to OFF) and till now FW is the same 1033.1 (since tree weeks)
Of course our boards are different (T-NT14UDEUC)

Did you ALSO disable OTA Updates in service menu ?
