Video filter on Smart TV [PLEX]

Hi all
Unfortunately my European Samsung UE46D7000(2011) TV doesn't apply video filters on SmartTV so when I use apps such as PLEX the video quality is ugly. Is there a custom firmware that allows to have this feature?
I have a QNAP 451 NAS and I have PLEX server on it
