UE32EH5200 PVR Enabled but not Working

Hi,
i have enabled pvr with factory+3speed button.
i have a 500gb hard disk connected and formatted by the tv.
all seems good but when i program a recording the recording icon is red ( don't know if is correct ) and the seems that the TV doesn't record anything.
any ideas ?
