Install [App] LibZoelPVR for D/E/F/H

hello,
i am just a beginner, sorry about that.
i have questions about installing apps. want to install this app above, but i do not know how. i have a samsung UE46ES8000, samygo is installt an i use filezilla.
1. problem: i cannot set permission. every time filezilla shows " 500 unknown command". tried active mode, passiv mode, cannot solve the problem.
What can i do?
2. problem: what does it mean: "execude" in the instruction?
this part: " Execute
Code: Alles ausw?hlen
samyGOso -d -A -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libZoelPVR.so
Command line accepts two more args to change default amount of time to add before/after schedule. e.g.:
Code: Alles ausw?hlen
samyGOso -d -A -B -l /mnt/opt/privateer/usr/libso/libZoelPVR.so before:5 after:10"
how can i do this with filezilla?
