Searching for DLNA-Server

Hello Folks,
I'm begging for advices for a DLNA-Server (Win7). But a special one.
It should NOT STREAM (means rendering) Media from PC to TV and/or other Devices.
It should NOT STORE any Metafiles, Playlists or any other Data.
It should NOT HAVE RESTRICTIONS in File-Extensions.
All it should do:
SHARE ALL FOLDERS AND FILES OF A LOT OF DISCS OVER A CABLE-NET!!
Why?
I own a Samsung F6340, which is able (ok, mostly able) to play Files with it's own Mediaplayer.
But I also own a lot of ISO's (DVD's and Blu's), which my WDTV HD is able to Play (it plays most every Filetype).
I want to use the same DLNA-Server for both Units with smallest efforts in administrating and using lowest System-Ressources on my PC.
Would be nice if you can give me some hints
Thanks in advance
and best Greetings
