Using via ExLink right? What is your firmware? If you have latest firmware, ExLink is disabled on those FWs...

You needed to connect your TV from ExLink connection with that firmware.
If you enabled debug mode and can't see anything, it means your setup is wrong or your ExLink cable not working.
Check your setup.
