It all depends whether you can disable OTN Support ?

I tried to disable the OTN-Support option but I can't access to the extended service menu!, I've used this software ruSamsungTVCommunicator but during pinging the TV process has failed and program doesn't opened (my firewall and antivirus was disable), in other method I played FACTORY+3SPEED_inv.wav file on itunes and also other programs using the original IR blaster but It doesn't worked too the LED light doesn't even blink!!

Basically follow link in my signature. You should disable OTN Support ASAP if you want root. Also you should check blocking updates with router. Anyway when you have auto updates enabled there is no point in asking about root You are wasting yours and ours time

Unfortunately auto-update was enable, and the firmware is already up to date I guess

Nobody gives a SHIT about "auto-update" in "normal menu". Even Samsung ignores it Disable OTN Support and/or block updates on router!!!

As I said before I can't access to the extended service menu!
I was taught my IR blaster doesn't work well and I tested with another one but it doesn't work too!!
I've blocked the URLs in my router but I have no idea how to access to the extended menu.

You need to place the ir extender very close to the ir receiver (~1cm) and play the wavs at 100% volume (with all equilizer settings disabled). You should get a visual feedback on the tv's led

Blocking URLs is NOT enough. You have to check if it worked. Try updating from the network and check what it says

I tried but it doesn't worked, tested by different players on 2 laptops, iphone.., highest volume without equalizer customization..

Problem is still exist, I've tested with 2 laptop one with Win10 and another one WinXP, firewall and antivirus was off, i also turned on and added ruSamsungTVCommunicator to the trusted program, but the same problem, it founds the TV and seconds after I'm selecting the TV this error shows up, I tried thousand times but no question comes up on the TV and also there isn't any 'Network Remote Control' or similar on the TV menu.
