I have strange effect on my tv, right bottom frame heating 50+C
what placed in that area?

43C on photo after short off but i seen 55C here screen itself near frame 30C, backside even cooler
only 20cm of frame show that anomaly

That's called "Edge LED" technology and such temps are expected on TV side(s) (especially during summer ) because "back" light is not in the back but in the edge(s).

But all other "edge" not so hot and on solid backgrounds i see dark area above heating part of frame something bad with leds?

Who knows... No idea if LEDs can "fry" then overheat like this, but at first sight I'd say some kind of clouding due to never perfect backlight spreading, especially on lower-end models having less LED rows (probably only one edge on your TV) , nothing alarming imho, as long as you can watch TV instead of your "gun". More, due to heat rising, upper corner is always expected to be hotter

upper corner not hotter, 55C only in lower half right frame part

tv still works
