Please look at this white sceen of my tv samsung 55H6270 and tel me if this a normal function, there is like a cloud on the screen

THE SAV OF SAMSUNG SAY THAT A NORMAL WITH THE BLACK CLOUD AND BLACK CORNERS

That's your shadow
BTW you can disable backlight if you don't like it

Go to:
Main Menu -> Picture -> Backlight and set to 0
