Hey, many people hope it will be possible to have PVR on the J-6 Series and 5 Series. In Brazil and Chile these Models actually come shipped with PVR and Timeshift.

For example the j6400 has both PVR/Timeshift and 3D and the J5500 has PVR/Timeshift.

Maybe somebody who knows how things work will be able to get PVR working also on European (e.g. J6250) and US Models (e.g. J6300).

Do you have a (fast enough) usb stick in the usb 3.0 port? Time Shift and recording options only work with a (VFAT) formatted storage device attached; insert an empty usb stick there and while watching a tv channel hit ok to have the menu pop up - opt for the red record dot it will ask to format the usb stick for the tv. After this recording with the subsequent format of the stick timeshift should work.
