After reading MKVs for around one hour. When i switch back to watch TV, the D-TV tuner will become malfunction. Saying that "We are not able to display two ultra-high-definition (UHD) screens at the same time". It will back to normal randomly from few hours to two days.

I just wonder if it can be solved if i update the firmware to latest version. Or there is anything i can do.

Well, we're not Samsung aftersale and nobody here will never advise you to do any fw update. Anyway you have no choice, it's done automatically on J... Maybe try to play with PIP settings since it talks about "screens at the same time", else request replacement
