I searched over forum but i cant find any answer. i bought new system HTB-F5500-ZF and i have installed HTB-F5500WWB-1022.0 Firmware (Factory). Is there a way too downgrade it to remove sound mute ...

Maybe nobody understands what you mean by "remove sound mute"...
