OK... i know i made a worst, stupid thing.i have t27a950 monitor and playing with it today i search for online firmware update.I don't know why and how, it found "001010.1" firmware, and i update it. Everything ok but only one goes wrong....monitor don't read anymore mkv, only mkv....mp4:ok avi:ok dvd(iso):ok. samsung italy say me that this firmware does not exist... but i do a online ceck and monitor found the firmware. So please what i have to do? in this way i spoiled my monitor and my nas does not have very sense anymore. Firmware is "T-GASMDEUC". Any help will be appreciated.Thank you.

It's simply but hard, will be sufficent to reflash for example the official T-GASMDEUC 1009.0 file on eprom, i have a mate in samsung here, he have all hardware but don't have file.There's no way to have this files? Thank you.

I have the same problem, my monitor upgrade the firmware to 001010.1. And the ability to playing *.mkv files is lost. Thank you for any help.

Probably end of support, Samsung decided it's time to "help" you to purchase a new monitor

I try plex from samsung app store, but it so slow, so crap, it's a disaster...

Same problem here :/ My monitor updated to T-GASMIBRC-1011-1 and stopped reading MKV files.

anybody found a way out of this situation? how to downgrade firmware to version 1009?
