Telnet and downgrade LE32C650 fw T-VALDEUC_3018.1

Hi,
i have updated my tv to 3018.1 firmware version
Can i downgrade it?
I have read this post
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6318#p44608 but i don't understand how i can enable telnet, i tried this way

Can someone help me?

you need to root your tv to get telnet / ssh

Thank you very much for your answer.
I realized that the correct way was what you suggested, but I did not understand what is the proper way to get root permissions.
Could you suggest ways forward for fat meal may delay root permissions considering my current situation with the latest firmware installed on my TV?

3018.1 is still rootable you need a functionally brain with ability to read enabled by default
,a linux pc or virtual machine with it, one usb key,
all instructions here -->
