D series downgrade error code

Is the dns server still active to downgrade a D 8000 plasma. I'm getting a Error code: "601 can not connect to server"
I had to use a different dns.
i found it in these forums from 2015, instead of the wiki...
cant remember where though, its on my home computer. ill try to locate later if youcant find it.
google samsung series D firmware downgrade, should find it.
