That`s why i have a BD-D6900.... At least I found the menu point in Setup...but in germany the translation of that point is terrible ...it is not "reset" or something like that...they named it "zur?ck"...which is "back" in english.....if you see that menu item you would...

....I have only 2 options:
1.) Software update
2. ) Samsung contact.

There is no menu-point in my BG-G6900 in menu-settings-system-reset....

BD has not point in system menu...it must be a button-combination...

Hm - tried to restore to factory default, but when i push the "Stop" button on the device for 5 seconds the button blinks 2 x and nothing else happens...can not restore....is there another combination of pushing buttons to factory restore firmware ?

How can i go back to Default Samsung Software ? My device is damaged and I need to send it to customer support....so it would be better if there is a standard firmware on it.
